It's been lagging for sometime now(2 weeks). idk why maybe its the host or something. I asked them if they have problems and they said no. I'm not confident that my server settings are correct too....

There was a random guy came into our server and he could use the (ALL) chat which was really distracting. How do I fix this? AFAIK this is a rcon cmd but he doesnt even have that

Recommending cvars that don't exist is absurd (especially without explanation). Also, forcing everybody to use the highest rate for everything...

already set allow_spectators 1 and pug_allow_spec set to 1 because of this plugin (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=217539&page=82) but nothing works hmm
