Awesome! I'll contact him and let him know someone has ported this awesome mod. I can't speak for him but I hope he'd be interested in releasing some of his custom heroes he had back in the day....

I found that plugin already. Its not very helpful and is not what i'm looking for, and will do. If you find it feel free to post it so others wishing to find a similar plugin can find it easier.

Yes Tirant, exactly! the mod is in pre-beta, the progress is coming along great, maps are being custom made, and the plugins are almost done :)
This mod is going to be something new.
