That means that the GLIBC is too old on the Machine. If you rented it, send support request to update it. If you have root access to the Machine, update it yourself.

I think there's some point in that cuz I haven't had running MMS1.8+SM1.2.4+Socket 3alpha with KAC.

All of my Servers are from GameServers.com which apparently run old version of GLIBC, thus Socket fails to start ('PATH' inserted in place of real path):
