Because one of your failed/paused plugins uses a frequent forward like "OnGameFrame" or "OnPlayerRunCmd". The others might only have a "OnMapEnd" or similar.

That's a known error (https://github.com/alliedmodders/sourcemod/pull/489) which waits for a proper fix (https://github.com/alliedmodders/sourcemod/pull/438). You'll just have to ignore that spam for...
