Exolent, when a banned players tries to join server, could please also include the ban date in his Ban Information in console?

No you don't seem to see the point of comments.

Sometime people use comments to skip reading a line when they don't want to delete it to retain the strings in the line

nah. I was trying to addban the steamid of a player that wasnt in server at that time. I did:

amx_addban "" "STEAM_0:0:12345" "100" "another idiot"

but it told me it was invalid steamid or...

This plugin add an extra param. in the addban command

amx_addban "name" "steamid or ip" "minutes" "reasons"

I think I got the syntax correct but I dont why it keep giving errror about invalid...

I had a little problem when I tried to add a steamid to banlist. It complained about wrong parameter or something. Thought I got the command correct Eg

amx_addban "" "STEAM_0:1:43650" 100 "test"

Exolent, a little suggestion. could you please add feature for taking screenshot on client when ban is executed? Please look at ban screenshot plugin if you're going to implement this feature
