I dont know if you are refering to my problem or not
My server still has the 2 major problems with version 0.94
No respawning untill round-end
no kill-registration (score stays 0-0)

I dont know...

i discovered some strange things now
Guns work again with me (dont know why )
but when a kill is being made u usually see it in the toprightcorner

I have a windowsbased server too (win2003 server)
I run Metamod
Sharedbans and CSSDM on it
For admin i use Beetle now because with Mani it kept crashing with DM running

the menu comes up once the round starts and u can choose the guns
typing guns later does nothing at all

edit: yes i have version 1.3

no changes with FFA off
On my server the typing of "guns" does nothing either.
I have the windows version btw.

I have it running but 2 problems
when some1 dies he doesnt respawn but remains dead until roundend
and all of the scores stay 0 no mather how many kills i make.
I have the new metamod running too...
