All of those errors are linked to the SDK not being called. Make sure that you downloaded the gamedata file along with the plugin. If you did you might want to upgraded the Sourcemod.

This plugin basically modifies the common infected so that they're harder to deal with. I've been running this for a week on my server (with ReadyUp) and haven't seen any problems with being frozen...

It can theoretically be done. I'd need to suppress the director and then lottery pick a player to become tank. They'd have the SI ghost but when they spawn it would become a Tank.
