I think I figured out the problem --- seems that when I take the .sp file and changed the admin flag to "s" for some reason it must compile improper by my method. --- What a dumb mistake... Works...

Maybe there is something conflicting with the weapon restrict plugin? It used to work properly but ever since a steam update a few months ago it's been crashing... When I disable it the server runs...
