Yep, removing the "Admin tagging" plugin worked, my custom chat colors work now and they appear. Thanks!

I got Simple Chat Processor, then I typed in "sm plugins load custom-chatcolors" in console, it says the plugin is loaded already, so I open my server and go on, and the chat colors still are...

I typed in "sm plugins load custom-chatcolors" in console, now I get another problem, it says "[SM] Plugin custom-chatcolors.smx failed to load: Could not find required plugin "scp"."

I have 2 problems,

1st problem: My chat colors do not appear
2nd problem: When I type "sm load plugins custom_chatcolors" on console, it says it cannot read the file custom_chatcolors.smx
...
