To be fair, it's not the fault of the engi's stun failing to go through. It seems to be a lack of stuns fully effecting Hale.

The following create a stun but I can confirm that Hale is still able...

The Short Circuit does work but i assume he removed the sun from it because it was quite easy to stick hale in a stun-loop if you had two dispensers near you. And it could become very cheap depending...

Can you give more information then just "It immediately disappears" because the weapons will go away if you hit a Re-supply locker, die, swap class, re-spawn, etc.
And if you want them to stay till...

Sounds good for the params, as for updateing tf2items.inc... It doesn't want to work afterwords.

Scratch that, i got it to work somehow.... Apparently my compiler is trying to take the inc files...

Sarge, i think he wants a resetex command that rather then target by player it targets by weapon. Like say everyone who was given a perma wrench would have it removed rather then having to target...
