Hmm it's work but now i have the other problem.My loadtime is around 10 seconds but plugin print 700-800 seconds, before that change everything was good.

I think that feature its not supported any more by this extension, use l4d2tools. Then You can add -maxplayers to start parameters.

XDglory in my opinion You are using too new sourcemod version try this SourceMod (1.9.0.6282).
If its not help try too use left 4 downtown from this post.
