Here is the Cold Creek mission file and expanded translation file.

Copy campaign13.txt to your missions folder and l4d_campaign_manager.txt to your translations...

Getting the same messages in my logs as danmala, otherwise working fine. I don't remember seeing these errors before upgrading my sourcemod to 1.4
