I think the author abandoned the project. It will be nice if there is someone to continue his nice work and not throw away the efforts put in the project. There is no good advanced PUGs in CS...

Things i noticed from the testing on my server and things that maybe should be added :

Add option for ready on the second half.
There is a bug with the overtime.(it continues after playing 3x3...

And the other thing is the older versions of PugDB and Stats are not working on the latest builds and on the new one...

You could also add the feature from your Teammates money display plugin.

-Values are updated when players buy items
And there is some visual hud problems as you can see in this...
