Nope, Just gave it a try and it didnt work, I made sure the file in the right place and everything >.<
Can i use a file from somebody's server that they know works?
Or could it have something to do...

Okay so I went and looked, couldnt no sound came from the file with sm_play, changed the mp3 down to 16 bitrate and low stuff like that, so then I thought maybe this Mp3, I converted the file to WAV...

Okay I got a weird one, It a Join server sound, and When I enter the server no sound plays all it does it show the message.
everything in the console if fine apart from
"Unknown command...
