Somehow it doesn't use MYSQL, but still SQL?

Where can I change this? The database.cfg is correct and I use the correct database prefix (STAMM_DB)

I use custom maps, which are on my Fast DL server. Now I want to use workshop maps too. I am aware that I can download them workshop maps and put them on my fast DL, but some of the maps...
