Ok. So the syntax to ban by ip when the player is not present on server would be "amx_addban <IP> <time> <reason>"?

If immunity admins have no limit then what is the syntax they would use for a permanent ban? Would it be "amx_ban <player> 0"?

Also does the plugin read from the original banned.cfg only once...

How would you add a ban manually if the player was not on the server at the time? For example, I tried using HLSW to ban a player who had just left:

amx_addban Morgoth STEAM_0:1:18191819 7200...
