Can DSP effects stacks? I saw a server in which you could apply 2 DSP effects, and was using something with names similar to this plugin.

I host a custom MVM server with crazy difficulty, and 1 newbie can ruin the entire wave.
Besides, most of those who have under 100 hours do not speak english, or atleast in my case.

TF2 Heal enemies

Title says it all.
I need some sort of a toggle plugin, when it's ON, blue members/dispensers can heal red members, and same for red to blue. When it's OFF, it does nothing.

I think all the 'func_'s are broken for me, here, have a screenshot, a tank just went thought the wooden parts of coaltown, without breaking them....

I did say I disabled sourcemod and metamod by renamind addons to addonsOLD
Didn't work, i also renamed cfg to cfgOLD, still nothing.
I tried to replace the server's map with my tf2's coaltown map,...

Erm, vman, I believe you got it wrong. If the map changed, then it would error with "missing map" to everyone, and it doesn't do that.

Basically, the Spawn doors are closed and locked. We, the red team can't leave...

Problem with "crit does no dmg" attribute

This attribute doesn't seem to work, althought I tried "crit vs burning players", which means those who are on fire shouldn't be hurt.
It doesnt seem to work for some reason. Not even the apoco...

Well, I've tried to close steam and rename steamclient and steamclient64, and I tried to start it, and it worked, but now i guess steam won't work.

It wont load completetly. It stops at Initializing Steam libraries for secure Internet server, and is stuck forever.

When there was no SteamCMD, I could just edit my objects.txt to change the max sentries. Now it doesn't work anymore because of the .vdk files added.
I don't know how to open .vdk...
