My mistake, sorry. I attempted to load the extension on a live server and it failed with "Sigscan for IsValidFileForTransfer failed" as someone else reported here. A full restart seems to have solved...

Well, I'm not enforcing anything. The default behavior of the plugin is to kick non-paying players after a while. If you enjoyed the server and want to play more, you pay.
