May be before sending a command to change gamemode to send a message in hint like "gamemode will change to awp in 10sec". Is that possible?

After executing command external plugin call to change gamemode like this "dm_load "Game Modes" "Pistols" equip" the randomspawn changes to default map spawn. And how to set message that anounce...
