why does it require mysql even tho it doesnt need it to be set to 1, this really sucks because my clan server host doesnt support mysql for there hosting and we really want this mod on our server

amx command global say removal

i would of searched for this but i didnt know what it is called. Is there anyway to get rid of the global say thing when u kick someone or what ever...using an a admin command.... it tells everyone...

No killing plugin or team locking

i run a 24/7 surf server, is there a plug in that no one can be killed. or being able to lock a team so everyone has to join the same team? or can someone make it.

same problem i have when people join in the middle of the round they dont spawn and they're stuck dead. is there a way to fix this?
