randomly sometimes most players lose their points when logging in to the server, what could be the reason? The server does not crash, the connection is lost between the hlds server and the mysql...

From 2 day i have problem in my servers..When some vip user with STEAM write something in all chat it see - "s1 or s2",
amxx 1.8.2 , and when i did last updates problem still is the same.....
