map player limt question

hi,

what to do if a map like "awp_map" lettin join each team 10 players and i wanna make 12 players each team...also on standard maps like assult map do i have this limit.

but i DONT like ...

can any1 tell me with which call into console i see the "timer frequency"of server.

and second thing is how can i move all the datas in a folder(like the compiled plugins) to plugins...

ragdolls?can u give me some good links pls?as far u know what i mean?its like matrix style but only slows down the players who is going death and blows just a bit up.

chmod u+x compile.sh
./compile.sh

and get that after example:
Compiling antiflood.sp ..../compile.sh: line 9: ./spcomp: Permission...
