AFAIK, this is incorrect. Check your other plugins/cvars, etc.

by default, VIP appears in as_ (assassination) maps. it's related to your VIP plugin, nothing to do with CSDM.

if everything is up-to-date (server 6027, MM 1.21-am, amxx 1.8.2) there should be no problem.
reinstall csdm from this thread, overwrite the AIO package.
make a local server for tests.

it's just a pack, not really a whole mod.

apparently, you just installed amxmodx base, you need to install the cstrike addons from amxmodx.org

those two lines are from the csdm module (.dll or .so), not from the .amxx plugins. so to edit/remove them, you may need its source code imo.
