Okay, seems like the function "Team_SetName(TEAM_ONE, "random name");" was not working.
Removed it and everything is alright now.

I know which plugin it is, but it's custom made and there's like lots of stuff to check. Also I know it's Panoramas fault :/

Seems like it's problem with custom plugin, but pretty impossible to find what exactly is causing that stuff because there are lots of lines.

My server crashes sometimes very randomly, and only error what I get with Accelerator is that:
