You may have forgotten to specify the download locations per model in the cfg file for the plugin. Seems to be titled tf2_modellist.cfg

I'm basing this off old memory, but likely this structure...

Just edit out 256 in the plugin's .sp and recompile it :D
Change 256 to something just a bit higher...for the max models you have already
Don't put it too high or you may find yourself...
