Your OS locked the file, nothing anyone can do about it.
It should just resolve itself after a restart tbh.

Which loses Valve money and makes them kill off things like this.


You'll need to use the preserve attributes functionality, more fine-grained control isn't currently available.

I don't know, I've never been silly enough to try.
Best case, extra attributes don't work. Worst case, the server will crash. Worser case, clients will also crash.

Yes, you'll overflow the sendtable.
It wasn't just an arbitrary limit, the game only supports 16.

Not unless Valve add an attribute for it (which they wont), TF2Items' just wraps Valve's item system, it's up to plugins to handle custom crap like that.

It's item prefix, not quality name (and I don't think Strange existed when I made it either).

To reload the tf2items.weapons.txt file you can use 'tf2items_manager_reload'.

I've updated the gamedata on the updater.
For future reference, you can put custom gamedata in a "custom" subdir and it'll override the updater.
