I don't know, you should check your configs and ask on the stamm thread (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1338942) where people actually know about the plugin.

Check your databases, are you sure it's being saved to Stamm-DB.sq3? Sounds like it's being saved to another sqlite file or possibly mysql.

I'm fairly certain this is your issue, you weren't actually able to remove the sq3 file. You need to stop the server, then remove it. Sqlite files are in active usage while the server is running and...
