I've been trying to increase the speed of all weapons and all player travel by a factor of two. However I can't seem to construct an appropriate config for this. Is it possible to do this? If so,...

If I wanted say the heavy shotgun to be 4x fast and all other weapons to be 2x as fast - could I set the both the all weapons code AND the heavy shotgun in the code or would the all weapon code...

Do you know if it is possible to edit the follow factors:

- Damage done by each weapon
- Weapon projectile
- Weapon damage radius (for explosives)

Thanks for your help. So does that mean I would have to do this for every single new weapon Valve have added if I want it to be 2x speed? (Or is there a quick way to do it for all weapons?)

Makes sense, thank you. So after the heavy shotgun in the same custom weapons section I add the other weapons with the same settings and they will be 2x faster? Just making sure! :p

A while back, I used to edit individual weapon files using WoZeR's Vice program to convert the *.CTX files into text. It was then easy to edit the weapon speeds, damage, etc. Looking at the 'items'...
