[cs:go] turn off default map voting at end?

how do you turn off the default voting for map at the end of each map on cs:go so only mapchooser works and the in-game one is disabled?

only 2 out of 18 people can see the actual model on me, the rest see a black model. (cs:go linux server).

still not working :( i precached and d/l'd them with downloader :( and even updated all the .cfg settings to...
