[TF2] Respawn & Death Custom Sounds?

Hey.

I'm looking for a plugin that plays a custom sound to client when
1. player dies
2. player respawns

Yes, but that sapper immunity feature seems to be hidden and can't be disabled. I don't even know is there a command for that. Premium_speed doesn't work, if the value is 0, premium players still run...
