I turned off the firewall completely. I ran a new server with steamcmd, but it's still the same. When the player connects to the ip I gave, it doesn't even show in the server console that someone has...

I had this problem too. Its means your zombie is very big like satan or tank. The 3d person not work good. I changed skins and the problem solved.
