The metamod.vdf was present, but it was in the sourcemod folder, not the addons folder.

I moved the file to the proper location, and BAM! Now it seems to...

All three commands give me either "Unknown command 'sm'" or 'Unknown command 'meta'", which leads me to believe neither MetaMod nor Sourcemod are working.

Not sure I quite understand. What I can tell you, though, is that our server has metamod 1.9.2 and Sourcemod 1.4.7. Where can we find the appropriate download links for the versions we need?
