I forgot to mention that I'm running CSS in Linux.
I'll try the slash thing later when the server is empty.

is the gamedata suposed to be like this ?

I replaced all "/" with "\" in the model files and now the server crashes as soon as I join.

I've tried this plugin and this
(http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=87597) Got same error on both, players are invisible and in console it says:
Bad ragdoll for error.mdl
With sv_pure...
