I mean in plugins-zplague.ini zombie_plague40.amxx must be written first. Look at your plugins-zplague.ini

i have both steam and non-steam.

Non-steam, because, as anatolie said, there are countries, like mine, that have tried to make people use steam, but it didn't work....
