hi, tponcho! There is still the ancient memory leak bug present. SM unloads the plugin once a day because of that. AFter that the cfg file is not being read, instead it shows all perks for everyone....

Try this. It unloads keyman on c10m4_mainstreet. Plugin is useless on this map as it does not react to the keyman, so I unloaded it on mapstart.

I guess you use linux? Only linux has these restrictions in terms of not being able to read ALL cvar values from all .cfg files. Windows can.

You can empty your cfg\sourcemod config files and copy...
