[L4D2] Fix Injured AutoShotgun Animations

As of now, both Autoshotguns use the Pumpshotgun animation when Injured.

That would allow to change the other cvars (mp_feetyawrate, mp_feetyawrate_max, mp_facefronttime) to match L4D1 Worldmodel.

[ANY/L4D] Remove Player Collision

Anyone got a link or can do a plugin to remove the collision between players?

Detect stuff like stuck players inside each other, (infected and survivor).

And allow the hunter to grab people.
