First off as has been suggested make sure you have the necessary plugins mentioned in the OP installed. Additionally and from my experience, you'll also need Silver's Health Cabinet...

Ok, this plugin works well enuf as described. Linked below are 2 vids, one where the bot revives me (great!), the other where they annoyingly keep dropping their paddles as I transfer...
