Further investigation, version 2.3.4 loads correctly and version 2.3.4c will manually load but both result in server crash on client connect :(
debug cvar on teammanager doesnt seem to log anything...

Immunity Reserve Slots is reliant on the cbaseserver extension in your extensions folder, remove all cbaseserver references .so from your extension folder and use the connect extension as suggested...

Running cbase but no other errors, that TF has issues with this and not running CB or CN I think you have to look deeper, if you want to run a 'only these plugins test' and find out which plugin is...
