Disabling Sound commands

I want to disable the sounds so my admins don't keep annoying us with "open fire gordan open fire!"

How do I disable them comopletely?

Cycled HUD Messages

Ya know how every once in awhile it says the servername as a hud message, then itll say "This server has AMX Mod X installed" or something. How do I add my own messages that reoccur regularly like...

Resetting Individual player stats

I want to reset an individual player's stats to 0. If this is possible, please tell me how. if this is not, how do I reset all the stats? Your help is much appreciated.

in addons/amxmodx/modules/ the only thing that resembles an engine is the file i found : "engine_amxx_i386.so" which is not a dll.....???

I know this isn't for 3rd party help but i need help finding a module "engine" that I think is supposed to be from amx mod x.

This is not about creating my own custom spawn points. I don't care...

This is not about creating my own custom spawn points. I don't care really where they are. But the way they are now, they just spawn in the normal T and CT spawns and not randomly accross the map....
