[Solved] MM:S 1.10 Windows not recognize on L4D2

I installed MM:S 1.10.0 for windows on the L4D2 dedicated server, but server couldn't load it.
Any error messages are not displayed.
I also tried some 1.10 stable branches but same thing happend....

Seems working fine. worked for 2 days until I stop the server manually. My server have a lot of sourcemod plugins, so may exist some cause of crash in there.

No errors appeared when I typed the console that cvars and status command says 12 players max, but still L4D2's serverbrowser says 4 players max.
