You need more than one HTTP server(webhoster) to use this plugin.

You have to upload all your MAPS, Sounds, Sprites, Models...etc.. to all of your servers by keeping folder structure intact.

use Free DNS Services like ZONEEDIT (http://www.zoneedit.com/) & you can do the same more efficiently. Even Fail-over...

You will get LAN servers only if some one hosted it on your Home/Office Network.

NOT all Internet Servers are non-steams, You have to use STEAM Browser to get the list of STEAM Servers.
