I had the same problem, so I updated the problematic one. Replace the one in `addons\sourcemod\scripting\include` with this.

I figured it out. One of the plugins I wrote without the full understanding a long time ago was pre-hooking the event and returning `Plugin_Handled` instead of `Plugin_Continue`, which was blocking...
