so i tried changing sv_downloadurl to
sv_downloadurl "http://207.148.2.131/fastdl"
and i still end up with the same

hello everybody,
for some reason i cant get this to work to save my life,
ive got my server set to point to the url tf-off.xyz
so in server.cfg ive got sv_downloadurl "http://tf-off.xyz/fastdl/"...
