Update 2:

Starting the server with startparameters (game_type 0; game_mode 0;) starts in matchmaking mode.
Typing "game_type 0; game_mode 0; map de_dust2;" in sever console starts casual game...

Update:

I deleted my .nav file, can join again.

Putting the server in other gamemodes make the bots move, BUT casual mode (game_type 0; game_mode 0;) doesnt work.
Server starts in retakemode...

Yes, the bots stand still on spawn.


I deleted the metamod file and it still doesnt work, so it has to be anything else.

I also uploaded my local .nav file for d2 which...
