I'm pretty sure this Giveweapon only grabs information out of TF2Items.

TF2IDB is not supported by this plugin. Most plugins point to TF2Items, and porting every plugin to TF2IDB would be a lot of...

Couldn't this be changed to rely on SDHooks instead? Trying to put in Dukehacks bricks my server, and this is reliant on Dukehacks.

How? It seems random when the weapons are visible and invisible. Mostly invisible when other players have them.

But bots have the visible weapons 99% of the time.

I've noticed this too.

Maybe attribute 542 (item style override) might fix it. Or 2022 (loot rarity) might have something to do with fixing it.
