The problem was I couldn't get the plugins to load unless I put -insecure in the launch options. If I put +secure, I'll lose SourceMod! And what is HLSW?

I figured out the problem. I was telling my dedicated server to be internet instead of LAN. I loaded it as a LAN, and I got it to work!
