I managed to get a solution for this by myself, apparently my ports was not open after all.
I went under "Special Applications" and CS was actually an option I could choose to open, so it filled in...

Yep, it's up and running. I've been on it myself from my own computer atleast.

EDIT: So I figured portforward.com used "virtual server" instead of the actual "port forward", but I can't figure out...

I'm running windows, and those folders/files are there... A metamod.dll file in dlls folder, and a plugins.ini file...

Yeah I need help with the MetaMod then, what files do I need, all I've got is :
Metamod: a map called dlls, which only contains metamod.dll,and a plugins.ini file...
Is there supposed to be more...

I've installed AmxModX with the auto installer, and it still doesn't work on the server!
I've re-installed it loads of times, I have the hlds update tool thing, and I've also had a dedi server...

Have you put the .amxx file in plugins, .sma file in scripting, and then put in a new line with plug.amxx in plugins.ini?

And have you enabled the right modules, engine, etc, etc..
