So I solved the problem, it turned out that using the gotv config in server.cfg is now not a good idea, and I just removed it and made a gotv.cfg and now the server starts up with plugins and works,...

I just updated my csgo server and it crashes while loading. Without the addons folder, it is working, what should I do? I have tried the latest source- and metamod.
