i create a game,then type in !sm_admin and choose player command and choose slay player but nothing came out(i didn't change map or anything)

i have a problem that when i press the numbers example:1.Kick player it doesnt show out the name list......but sometimes it work.......any way to fix this problem?sorry for my bad english
