Can someone bring me pug\mix mode that work 100%?

I open the FTP server on a free hosting server [better download speed than download from my pc]
and I can arrive my ftp server with http:// url

I have a Tf2 server and FTP server with all the files that people need for connect to my server
Friend told me that if I set the "sv_downloadurl" cvar with the ftp url it will work,and I don't know...

I checked this plugin and I found that plugin works [for me at least] ,only for one round, when the round end and another begins I need to do again "admin_rcon aim_prac 1" for the Headshot Mod be on...
